Reasonably priced old fashioned local gym in Chelsea. Expect middle aged to pensioner-esque Chelsea Locals, chatting/video calling etc... Other than that great equipment and staff + 24/7. Got to make the most of it and it'll be a great place to train!
It is an amazing place for training. All the basic training machines available for 24 hours. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Special thanks for Steven and Alex, they were very kind, patient and helpful every single time I came.

I love the Pilates class on Thursdays, the teacher targets any levels and I’m seeing Fantastic results in just one month! I also love my yoga class on Mondays, the teacher Julinda is great!
